At Hourglass, we offer two signature class styles designed for all fitness levels: Hourglass Step & Sculpt™ and Classic Heat.

step & Sculpt

The first-of-its-kind high-consistency, low-impact workout. Our signature 50-minute workout combines the stepper, mat Pilates, and red light therapy. By alternating between stepper intervals and targeted mat sequences, the class creates an efficient workout designed for consistency! 

Overall

A balanced full-body workout. In this 50-minute half-stepper, half-mat Pilates class, you can expect a complete full-body workout. Stepper intervals build endurance and elevate your heart rate, while mat sequences focus on strength, control, and sculpting. Red light therapy is incorporated during the stepper portion to support recovery and performance.

Booty

Extra glute focus. Same powerful method. This variation of Hourglass Step & Sculpt™ follows the same half-stepper, half-mat structure, but with additional emphasis on glutes. Expect targeted lower-body sequences designed to fire up the glutes while still training the full body for strength, balance, and endurance.

Turning up the heat. Back to the basics. Classic Heat is a 50-minute heated mat Pilates class focused on strength, control, and deep muscle activation. The room is heated to 93°, warm enough to increase circulation, flexibility, and intensity — without the extreme temperatures found in traditional hot workouts.

Overall

A full-body heated Pilates class. Classic Heat strengthens and lengthens the entire body through controlled, low-impact movements performed on the mat. The added warmth helps muscles activate more deeply while improving mobility and circulation, creating a workout that is both challenging and restorative.

why 93°

Ideally, heated workouts sit within the 90–95° aka the performance zone. Hot enough to enhance circulation, flexibility, & muscle activation without overwhelming the body. Classic heat is set at 93°, right in the middle creating a workout that is effective, and sustainable. Hot enough for that endorphin rush, while  focusing on form and control.
